Murray Trantor, the Managing Director, is accredited by the Institute for Independent Business and he runs Trantel from his base in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Murray, a Chartered Engineer, has had 36 years of experience with British Telecommunications plc (BT) much of which was in Senior Management roles concerned with Network Planning and Operations. This included a three year assignment, between 1997 and 2000, as Chief Operations Officer for sunrise communications AG, a start up Joint Venture of BT's in Switzerland. He is also experienced in managing Customers Sales and Installation, IT systems and Operator Services. Radical change management has been a feature of most of these roles.

Trantel specialises in operational improvement for small and medium sized businesses but it has access to a network of over 4000 other associates of virtually every discipline imaginable worlwide.
